Heard, Learned counsel for the applicant, the Learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Kartikey Singh, the Learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.12 of 2026, under Sections 351(3), 115, 352, 336(3), 338, 318(4) B.N.S. and Section 66-D of I.T. Amendment Act, 2008, P.S. - Cyber Crime, District- Mathura, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a neighbour of the informant and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
