Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard, Learned counsel for the applicant, the Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.0118 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1) B.N.S., P.S. - Jasrana, District- Firozabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has contented that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the co- accused have been nominated in the First Information Report of having assaulted three injured. However, only the injury received by the injured Rahul, who has suffered a fracture of the nasal bone, can be called grievous in nature. However, even that injury is not dangerous to life.
