Court No. - 55 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the material available on record. 2. The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Krishan Autar Gupta in Case Crime No. 06 of 2021, under Sections 13(1)A, 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act as amended, Police Station - Satarkta Adhisthan, Bareilly Sector, District - Bareilly. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that previously applicant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 29.4.2026. Subsequently, two new sections have been added being Sections 13(1)A and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted that no new evidence has surfaced and as such, applicant is entitled to anticipatory bail in the aforesaid case. It is further submitted by learned counsel
