Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 492 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 221, 223, 302, 109, 132, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 61, 62(2) of the B.N.S., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Bareilly, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The F.I.R. was lodged by the police against 15 named and 450 unnamed accused person. The applicant is not named in the F.I.R. ii. Similarly situated co-accused Afzal Quraishi has been granted antic
