The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 1810 of 2018, under Sections 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act and Sections 43(a), 43 (h), 66C I.T. Act and Sections 409, 417, 120B of the IPC, Police Station - Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
