The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.166 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 352 BNS, Police Station- Lisarigate, District Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has not been given any specific role of causing injury to the three injured. None of the injuries received by the injured have been found to be grievous in nature or dangerous to life.
