Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 11 of 2020 under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Varanasi Sector (E.O.W.), District-Varanasi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The incident in question is of the year 2004-05. The applicant has not been named in the first information report. ii. Co-accused Mathura Prasad who is a Government Fair Price Shop Agent has been granted anticipatory
