Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicants; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 179 of 2026 under Sections 109(1), 352, 115(2) & 3/5 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Didoli, District-J.P. Nagar (Amroha), with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. They seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicants all belongs to one family. The applicant no. 3 is the father of the applicant nos. 1 and 2. ii. The specific role of using a sharp edged weapon (scissors) has been assigned to the co-accused Armaan
