2026:PHHC:094756 Daily Lok Adalat “Bench No.2. 505 FAO-3246-2008 CHARAN SEHGAL AND ORS. vs JARNAIL SINGH AND ORS. Present:- Mr. Jarnail Singh Saneta, Advocate for the appellants. Mr. Ankit Aggarwal, Advocate for respondent No.2. Mr. Lalit Garg, Advocate with Mr. Vinod Gupta, Advocate, Ms. Suman, Manager and Ms. Pooja Bhardwar, Assistant Manager for the respondent-Insurance Company. 2k 26 2s 2s 2s 2k Notice issued to appellants No.1 to 3 not received back either served or unserved. However, it has been stated by counsel for both the parties that earlier as well this matter was listed before the Lok Adalat and fresh notices were issued. Notice issued to appellant No.1 was received back with the report that he has since expired whereas notice issued to appellants No.2 and 3 were received back with the report that they were not residing at the given address. Counsel for the appellants is not aware of the latest address of appellants as they are not in contact with him. In view of the same, as prayed for, the present appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellants to get it revived if so, desired.
