The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.271 dated 06.09.2025 under Sections 61, 319, 318(4) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 120-B, 420, 419 IPC), registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, District Jind, Haryana as well as challan filed by the Investigating Agency under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 238 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 420, 419 & 201 IPC) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefore have been settled between the parties as per the compromise dated 31.03.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2.
