The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to modify/add one more candidate in the impugned order dated 04.04.2018 (Annexure P-11), being in violation to Section 33 of Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 and Section 34 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 which provide atleast 3% reservation to the persons with disabilities and vide impugned order, out of total 1000 posts only 29 have been given to the disabled persons and 01 seat meant for persons with disabilities is still lying vacant. 2.
