This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (now Section 528 BNSS, 2023) seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 19.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, to look into the aforesaid representation/complaint dated 19.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps in a time bound manner. 3.
