The instant petition is the second petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.66 dated 25.07.2024 registered under Sections 124(1), 103(1), 318(4), 316 and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNS”) at Police Station Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. His previous petition bearing CRM-M-25226- 2025 was dismissed as withdrawn on 10.09.2025. 2.
