SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith restore the petitioner to his lawful post of Water Carrier and to restrain the respondents from compelling the petitioner to perform duties of Watchman or any other post to which he has not been appointed, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
