Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.4 515 FAO-3119-2023 (O&M) Balkar singh and others Vs. Lovlesh Garg and others Present:- None for the appellants. Mr.Anil Kumar Spehia, Advocate for Mr.D.K.Prajapati, Advocate for the respondent-Insurance Company. *** There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Notice issued to the appellants for previous date of hearing, was received unserved as not residing at the given address. Therefore, specific notice was issued to the counsel for the appellants stating that in case he fails to appear in person before the Lok Adalat on the next date of hearing, the case/file will be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required. The same has been served but inspite of that none has appeared for the appellants. Counsel for the appellants is not even picking up the calls made by the staff of Lok Adalat. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this appeal pending, therefore, the appeal is deemed to have been disposed of and the file be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required.
