Present writ petition has been filed seeking writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take a time bound decision on the application filed by the petitioner seeking interim relief instituted on 13.01.2025 alongwith revision petition bearing No. Part-9/KKR/2025. 2. The petitioner has preferred a revision petition in partition proceedings. The same was instituted before respondent No.2 on 13.01.2025, accompanied by an application for interim relief. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite almost one and a half months having been passed, no effective order has been passed on the stay application. 3.
