The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case FIR No.113 dated 08.04.2026 under Section 21-C of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Agroha District Hisar. 2. This Court, vide order dated 07.05.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.05.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation. 4.
