Learned counsel submits that the retiral benefits have not been released to the petitioner despite her late husband, since deceased, had retired in the year 2024, with regard to which she shall submit a representation and prays the same to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made and submit that in case the representation is submitted within eight weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3.
