(Oral) Reply has already been filed by learned State Counsel. Custody Certificate of the petitioner has been filed today. They be taken on record. 2. This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.13 dated 21.01.2026 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 262, 263, 132, 221, 121(1) and 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Corresponding Sections 224, 225, 353, 186, 332, 333 and 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860] and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar. 3. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘ASI Daljinder Lal’. It was reported by the abovenamed police officer that on 20.01.2026 at about 09:00 P.M., when he was leading a team of police officials
