The present petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation in the FIR mentioned in the body of the petition. The said FIR was registered on 10.06.2026. Investigation is going on and as per the petitioner himself, it has not been concluded. The petitioner, on conclusion of investigation and filing of final report, shall have remedies available to him in law. 2. In view thereof, at this stage of the proceedings, no ground is made out for issuance of a direction prayed for. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
