The Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India Praying for issuance of a writ, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 1 to 3 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner's grandson (namely Jaskaran Singh) from the hands of the respondent no. 4 and also directing the respondent no. 4 to not interfere with his life and liberty and not to harass the petitioner's grandson.
