DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 506 FAO-976-2006 (O&M) BABAR SINGH V/S GURPREET SINGH AND ORS. Present: Mr.Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate for the appellant-owner. Mr.Rahul Vijay Singh Chugh, Advocate for respondent No.1. Mr.Gopal Mittal, Advocate Ms.Suman, Manager, Ms.Babita Rawat, Assistant Manager for the National Insurance Company Ltd. Learned counsel for the appellant states that in spite of his best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the appellant. Even notice sent to the appellant has been received back with the report of wrong address/not traceable. In these circumstances, even it is not possible to serve the appellant. Consequently, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to get it revived by making an appropriate application, if so advised.
