Application filed by the petitioner before the trial Court, i.e., JMIC, Fatehgarh Sahib, u/s 340 Cr.P.C. against respondents No.2 & 3, was dismissed. Even appeal filed by the petitioner before the Court of Sessions was also dismissed on 26.04.2018. thereupon, present petition has been filed u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. (corresponding Section 528 of BNSS, 2023), for setting aside the judgment dated 28.10.2021 (P-6) passed by learned Appellate Court dated 26.04.2018 (P-7) passed by the trial Court. 2. Earlier there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.01.2026. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, case was adjourned to 16.07.2026, i.e., today itself.
