On 11.02.2025, following order was passed:- “The present appeal pertains to the year 2023 and the same is sll at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as noce of moon is yet to be issued. On six earlier occasions the case had been adjourned either on the request of learned counsel for the appellant or on the ground that none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Today again a request for an adjournment is made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is unwell. In the interest of jusce, adjourned to 04.12.2025.” Therea*er, the ma+er came up for actual hearing on 18.12.2025 and on that date, no body had appeared for the appellant. Today again, posion is same as nobody has appeared for the appellant. All these circumstances indicate that the appellant is no longer interested in pursing this appeal. D
