The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No. 3 to 5 so that they may not become a victim of continuos oppression and violence inflicted upon them by the official respondents with a further prayer that respondents No. 3 to5 not to make harassment to the petitioner by calling them at the police station time and again. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents No. 3 to 5, are repeatedly summoning the petitioners to the police station time and again without assigning any reason and without adopting the proepr procedure of law.
