The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of the detenues, namely Gopaljee Jha and Dheeraj Kumar Jha, who are stated to be husband and son of the petitioner, respectively and they have been forcibly taken away by respondents No.3 and 4. 2. Report of the Warrant Officer has been received, which is taken on record. 3. As per the report, the detenues namely Gopaljee Jha and Dheeraj Kumar Jha were found sitting in the Police Station, Ramgarh by the Warrant Officer. The alleged detenues stated that they had been brought to the police post by the police while they were carrying out constructions work on their plot.
