The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P.C.), seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 188 dated 16.08.2025, registered under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), and subsequently Sections 308(2), 308(6) and 62 of the BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 306, 34 and subsequently added Sections 384, 388 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860), at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal, Haryana, during the pendency of trial. 2.
