Apprehending danger to their life and liberty, both petitioners who are in live-in relationship have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct official respondents to protect their life and liberty from respondent No.4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are major, petitioner No.1 was born on 24.04.1996 and petitioner No.2 on 01.07.1996. Petitioner No.1 was previously married and got divorced. She had two children out of the said wedlock. It is further submitted that both petitioners had developed an emotional bond and started living together. Respondent No.4 was unhappy with the relationship and were extending threats to eliminate the petitioners. Petitioners moved representation to respondent No.2 for protection of their life and liberty but
