(ORAL) [1] While issuing notice of motion on 06.09.2024, this Court passed the following order:- “ Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner inter alia contends that vide impugned order dated 08.06.2024 (Annexure P- 11), the petitioner was suspended from the post of Member, Zila Parishad, Jind under Section 160 (1)(a) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994; however before passing the said order, the learned Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Government of Haryana, Development and Panchayat Department neither issued any show cause notice nor any opportunity of hearing was afforded to the petitioner.
