Jivtesh Singh Nagi, Advocate, who informed on the previous date that he had been empanelled as a lawyer for Oriental Insurance Company Ltd i.e. respondent No.3 and therefore, could not con;nue to pursue the ma<er. He had withdrawn his power of a<orney. 2. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, in;ma;on was sent to the appellants informing them about the date fixed. 3. Today, service report has been received from the registry that both the appellants have been duly informed. Appellant No.2 was personally served, whereas appellant No.1 has been served through her daughter. Despite the same, nobody is appearing on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. 4.
