Bedi, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Raghav Goel, AAG, Punjab. ..... CM-10003-CWP-2026 This is an application for bringing on record the LRs of deceased petitioner no.1-Amrik Singh. Notice in the application. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Raghav Goel, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. He has no objection, if, the present application is allowed. In view of the averments made in the application, same is allowed. The LRs of deceased petitioner no.1-Amrik Singh as mentioned in para no.2 of the application are allowed to be brought on record subject to just exceptions.
