The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 141 dated 09.05.2025, registered under Sections 25(6) and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 13, 111(4) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Hisar. 2.
