(ORAL) The petitioner is aggrieved against electricity bill dated 07.01.2026, Annexure P-2, amounting ₹62,690/- for a period of five hundred and seventy five days. 2. It is not disputed that the petitioner has remedy of raising the grievance before appropriate authority prescribed under Section 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority. 3. Permitted to do so. 4.
