Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0055, dated 22.03.2025, under Sections 115, 117(2), 190, 191(3), 304, 351(3) of BNS (Sections 190, 191(3) BNS deleted and Sections 115(2), 238, 118(2) BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Old Faridabad, District Faridabad. Further prayer has been made for staying the arrest of the petitioner during the pendency of the present petition. 2. On 30.04.2026, following order was passed:- “It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was prosecuted in a case bearing FIR No.0055, dated 22.03.2025, under Sections 115, 117(2), 190, 191(3), 304, 351(3) of BNS (Sections 190, 191(3) BNS deleted and Sections 115(2), 238, 118(2) BNS added later on), registered at Police Station Old Faridabad,
