This petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the case bearing FIR No.269 dated 16.12.2025 under Sections 436, 427, 34 IPC (326 (g), 324(4), 3(5) of BNS) registered at Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar, Punjab. 2. This Court, vide order dated 30.04.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
