This application under Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the applicant-petitioner seeking disposal of the main writ petition. 2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of the parties, main writ petition is taken on board for final disposal today itself. Main Case (O&M) 3. The petitioner’s GST registration has been cancelled vide order dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) with retrospective effect from 17.05.2019. Show Cause Notice (SCN) for cancellation of registration was issued to the petitioner on 31.12.2024 (Annexure P-4). The said cancellation of GST registration is challenged by way of this writ petition primarily on the ground that
