Present petition has been filed against the order Annexure P-5 dated 13.01.2026 vide which a penalty of Rs.50,000/- was imposed on the petitioner under Section 446 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said order, in terms of Section 449 of the said Code, is appealable. At the same time, the present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the said Code It, in view of a specific provision contained in the said Code, is not maintainable and therefore, is dismissed as such. 2.
