Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.306 dated 21.10.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 103(1), 115, 190, 191(3), 61(2) of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 (Erstwhile Section 302, 323, 149, 148, 120-B of Indian Penal Code 1860) at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind. 2. Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Kamaldeep Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narwana, Jind in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.
