This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to respondents no.1 and 2 to expeditiously prepare, finalize and dispatch the voice sample evaluation report pending before FSL, Madhuban/CFSL, Panchkula in connection with FIR No.636 dated 9.8.2022 under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and Section 180 of IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Sirsa.
