The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 92 dated 13.08.2022, registered under Sections 419 IPC/319(2) BNS, 465 IPC/336(2) BNS, 468 IPC/336(3) BNS, 471 IPC/340(2) BNS, 120-B IPC/61(2) BNS at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdas, District S.A.S Nagar Mohali. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the FIR was registered on the complaint of Lt. Col. Pawan Kumar Saran, who had earlier lodged a police complaint and a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C.
