(Oral) On 29.04.2026, the following order was passed:- “ The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the order dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in criminal case bearing No.NDPS-497-2023 arising out of FIR No.138 dated 31.12.2022 under Sections 21, 61 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Division No.4, District Ludhiana, whereby the bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled and bonds were forfeited to the State, order dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-4), whereby non bailable warrants have been issued and the order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-5), whereby proclamation proceedings have been initiated by the Trial Court.
