The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to them in case FIR No.152, dated 22.05.2026, registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 126(2), 304, 191(3), 190 of B.N.S,{corresponding Sections 307, 324, 323, 506, 341,148 and 149 of IPC}, (Section 304 of B.N.S added later on), Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur, Punjab. 2.
