(ORAL) By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide complaint dated 19.05.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2. In the considered opinion of this Court, the petitioner has a remedy to protect the Panchayat land in form of statutory remedies under the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961. 3. In view of above, finding no merit in the present writ petition, the same is ordered to be dismissed. 4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail his statutory remedy(s) in accordance with law.
