Court No. - 2 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. The present petition has been filed by the Village Pradhan by private counsel. 2. After going through the averments made in the writ petition, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that the writ petition filed by a private counsel is not maintainable and that too without taking prior approval from the District Collector. 3. At this stage, a prayer has been made by Sri M. S. Chandel, learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 4.
