Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 23.07.2022 (Annexure No.1) of the petitioner (Savaru Vs. Vindhyachal and others) filed under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, under stipulated period." 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondent to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private respondent feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that matter is pending since long. It is argued that considerable time has already
