It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the proceedings imitated by the petitioner under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.T201802030804244/2018 (Indrakali Vs. Gram Panchayat), an order was passed by the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Meja Allahabad on 24.06.2025 by which a direction was given to prepare final decree. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will prepare the final decree expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Authority Competent to prepare the decree most expeditiously and preferably comply with the
