Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to 5 to comply the order dated 27.7.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj. (ii) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to decide the representation/ application of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure no.9 to this writ petition) within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
