Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, Sri R. P. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and perused the records. 2. The proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner by filing a case being Case No.00009 of 2025. The said proceeding was rejected due to non present of the petitioner by the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Burhanpur, District Azamgarh. Aggrieved against the aforesaid a restoration application was filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2025. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid application is still pending consideration and till date no decision has been taken on the same. 4.
