The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the following prayer:- "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Suit/Case No. 5590 of 2025 computerized Case No.T202505310305590 (Madrasa Ekra Rahnumaye Millat through its President Mohd. Abdullah vs. Madarsa Eqra through Mutwalli Amajadullah) under section 35 U.P. Revenue Code-2006 pending in the court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur (respondent No.2) expeditioulsy within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court on day to day basis." 2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions dated 13.01.2026 under the signature of Naib Tehsildar, Sadar, District Gorakhpur is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 3.
