Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1 It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that on the representation submitted by one of the petitioners being petitioner No.10 namely Ataro, report has been called by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue)/Officer Incharge (Litigation) Bulandshahar from the Tehsildar Sikandarabad, Bulandshahar vide letter dated 24.05.2024. It is argued that till then no decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sikandara Bulandshahar will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3.
